She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Firm Health Care Foundation (FHCF), where she provides visionary leadership and drives the foundation’s mission to deliver innovative, community-centered health solutions across Nigeria.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Imo State University, Owerri, and further distinguished herself by completing the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) Train-the-Trainers Program at Pan Atlantic University, a prestigious certification that underscores her commitment to excellence in leadership and capacity building. Esther is also a proud Fellow of the Reach for Gold Fellowship, where she refined her skills in social impact leadership and organizational sustainability.

Her professional journey spans the broadcast industry and numerous nonprofit organizations, where she built a robust portfolio in media production, public relations, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. These experiences uniquely position her as a leader who understands both the power of communication and the operational demands of advancing healthcare initiatives in underserved communities.

As Executive Director, Esther is at the forefront of FHCF’s strategic growth—mobilizing resources, forging impactful partnerships, and strengthening governance structures. Under her stewardship, the foundation continues to expand its reach in Maternal and Child Health, Infectious Disease Prevention and Control, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Mental Health, and Non-Communicable Diseases.
