Dr. Victor C. Igbomezie
(Executive Director, Firm Healthcare Foundation)
Dr. Victor Chigozie Igbomezie is a distinguished medical professional and public health advocate with a deep commitment to improving healthcare access in underserved communities. As the Executive Director of Firm Health Care Foundation, he plays a pivotal role in spearheading medical outreach programs, community health initiatives, and policy-driven interventions aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery.
Dr. Igbomezie earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Imo State University (IMSU), where he laid the foundation for his career in medicine. Following his medical degree, he completed his internship at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and hospital management. His passion for community health led him to serve as a medical doctor at the Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (ISOPADEC), where he was actively involved in organizing and executing medical missions and outreach programs for oil-producing communities in Imo State.
To further strengthen his expertise in community health and policy implementation, Dr. Igbomezie obtained a Diploma in Community Services and later pursued a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Torrens University, Australia. His academic and professional experiences have equipped him with a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic leadership in public health interventions.
Under his leadership at Firm Health Care Foundation, Dr. Igbomezie continues to champion innovative healthcare solutions, advocating for sustainable community-based health programs, and ensuring that quality healthcare reaches those who need it most. His dedication and vision are instrumental in driving impactful health initiatives that transform lives and strengthen healthcare systems.
Mrs. Sarah Chinyere Egbuciem (Secretary)
Mrs. Sarah Chinyere Egbuciem is a distinguished professional with a robust background in business management and a steadfast commitment to community health initiatives.he earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary Studies from Imo State University, Owerri, and furthered her education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
With over 15 years of experience in business management, Mrs. Egbuciem is the Chief Executive Officer of Chi and Mcpiperx Nig, a thriving enterprise specializing in gold trading.er leadership has been instrumental in steering the company towards sustained growth and success in a competitive market.
In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Mrs. Egbuciem serves as the Secretary of the Board for the Firm Health Care Foundation.n this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the foundation’s mission to enhance healthcare delivery, focusing on areas such as Maternal and Child Health, Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Mental Health, and Non-Communicable Diseases.

A distinguished alumna of Madonna University, Nigeria, Chinwe was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 and has since been in active legal practice. She specializes in corporate law, litigation, and intellectual property law, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

AmarachI Dike (Finance Officer)
Dike Amarachi is the Finance Officer at Firm Health Care Foundation, where she adeptly manages financial operations to support the organization’s mission of delivering quality healthcare to underserved communities. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State.
To enhance her financial management capabilities, Amarachi completed UNICEF’s Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT) training, equipping her to handle donor funds with integrity.he also earned a Diploma in IT Management from Alison, enabling her to integrate technology into financial processes for greater efficiency.
Understanding the importance of effective communication in financial reporting, Amarachi obtained a Diploma in Communication Skills from UNICEF.er commitment to organizational development is further demonstrated by her certification in strengthening the Capacities of Local Women’s Rights Organizations (SLOC-VAWG) from ActionAid, reflecting her dedication to empowering women and promoting gender equality.
In her role, Amarachi applies her multidisciplinary expertise to ensure sound financial management, contributing significantly to Firm Health Care Foundation’s initiatives.
Esther Nmaju (Coperate Communications Startegist)
Esther Nmaju serves as the Corporate Communications Officer at Firm Health Care Foundation, where she utilizes her extensive background in mass communication to enhance the organization’s public engagement and outreach initiatives.She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Imo State University in Owerri, Imo State.
Esther’s professional journey includes significant roles in the broadcast industry, the numerous nonprofit organizations, were she honed her skills in media production public relations and general communication strategies which involved promoting ethical leadership and social development, with focus on strengthening the capacities of individuals, especially women and youth, within Nigerian communities.
In her current role, Esther leverages her diverse experience to effectively communicate the foundation’s mission, fostering relationships with stakeholders and advancing healthcare initiatives across the region.
