Firm HealthCare Foundation

Sexual and Reproductive Health,
Gender-Based Violence Prevention,
and Adolescent Wellbeing

At Firm Health Care Foundation, we recognize that health and empowerment go hand-in-hand—especially for adolescents, women, and girls navigating vulnerable stages of life. Our work in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Prevention, and Adolescent Wellbeing is built on a commitment to dignity, equity, and access.

We are creating safe, informed, and inclusive communities where women, girls, and young people have the knowledge, services, and support they need to lead healthy and empowered lives.

What We Do

Comprehensive SRH Education & Access

We provide age-appropriate, rights-based reproductive health education, increase access to family planning, menstrual hygiene kits, and safe motherhood services—especially in underserved communities.

GBV Prevention & Survivor Support

We lead grassroots campaigns to challenge harmful norms, train community-based GBV responders, and offer psychosocial support, referral services, and safe spaces for survivors.

Adolescent Life Skills & Mental Health

We equip young people with essential life skills, career mentoring, and mental health literacy through school outreaches, peer-led initiatives, and digital tools.

Community & Male Engagement

We engage boys, men, religious and traditional leaders in reshaping beliefs, breaking stigma, and building a culture of gender equity.
